No Z8 Points from SuperRewards?!?!?!

Hey can somebody help me because i finished like 2 surveys and i checked my awarded offers and it says i was awarded for one survey that gives 1020 ZP and another that gives exactly 3000. When i got to the mall or view My Account my ZP doesnt show up. I waited so long so thats not the issue. I was awarded for all the other surveys i did before the new patch on August 11, 2010. Can someone please help? Is it a bug?

Don't bother, many of us have tried, SuperRewards seem to have support that is as bad as Z8games's.

Ahaha that happened to me, Ive been waiting a day and a half to get my 3k ZP for signing up for this survey site and I contacted Z8 support and they said wait 2 more days

ya that happend to me superrewards owe me like 10000 zp worth of surveys am really ****ed it worked before the patch is it a bug or soemti=hing whateevr it is i want my 10000 zp

Same survey I was doing... does it say you completed it? Mine does.. still no ZP

I have the same problem too, however i just realized that " Please be advised that due to the volume of transactions in process, your payment through this provider might be delayed from 10 minutes to 20 hours."which means that you have to wait at least a day to get the ZP

remember just because it says completed that dont mean you will get your zp.
copy and paste the e-mail confirmation or take a screenie of the last page . click the mising zp link and add your proof . do this as soon as you get done with the suvey , dont wait for them to dic u around . If they can get away with it they will not pay out .. good luck !

yeah same here except i used paymo. it says its been awarded, but I checked my email and it says i gotta wait three days. today is day three i will check my zp around 1:00 pm est. time.

I've never had a survey say it was rewarded and never gotten my ZP. I've had it not work even though I did it right, but never say rewarded without actually giving me the ZP, something has to be wrong. Trust me, i've done PLENTY of surveys to know.

Alright everyone. i found a solution. when it says wait 10 minutes to 20 hours. Dont believe it. Your ZP should come in within 3 days. i just got my ZP today. just give it some time. Due to many other players who are filling out surveys as well. if youre having problems send me a private message
