Whats up with this game ..

Intel core 2 duo Cpu T5900 @ 2.20GHz
4 GB RAM
ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 3400 Series

My normal fps (50-150) drops to as low as 7 fps and it will stay at that fps for like 5 minutes and shoot back up again. So annoying. Help please

yeah man, my fps drop too.
my screen gets laggy and shet.
cant even play -.-
