Resets both kills/deaths and wins/losses bought with Bonus Points

I bought Resets both kills/deaths and wins/losses with my bonus points but my kills, death and wins/losses didn't reset. Why's this?

You need to activate it.
Go to Mall->My Items.

This. It doesn't reset automatically when you buy it so you have to use it manually.
