Super Rewards not awarding ZP for anyone else?

This is the third offer I have successfully completed (it says the ZP was awarded in the offer status page) and have yet to receive any ZP for any of them

Anyone else encounter this? Any way to fix it?

Too many threads about this.

It normally takes 8 hours for the ZP to be rewarded.

A clan member of mine was having the same problem with this last night.
I don't even know if he has been rewarded them yet ;D

Delete your cookies and change your ip maybe (if you have a dynamic ip)? Some of the offers are linked to each other, so if you did one you won't get credited for the other.

Sometimes they take awhile to reward if it says awarded youll get it just wait.

I had a few that apparently had been rewarded 3 days ago. I would send in a ticket but everytime I send them a long story of what I did and showing them I completed the offer with all of the print screens of the confimation emails and memberships, I get a message back saying please provide more information. Yay.

Yep, they aren't awarding right now for some reason, I did one for 3,000, said I had been rewarded but when I looked in the mall I didn't have any extra. Just a few days ago I had gotten 50k ZP from them, now it doesn't work. Neither does contacting their support, meaning when I send something in, and check back on it, it isn't even there.
