Support ticket?

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the wrong section couldnt find the right.
Many people and also me posted in the issues section they've bought a namchange got an error, didnt got the namechange but the ZP was token. So ive send a support ticket and didnt got any answer. now my question is when do they answer and how? email or PM ? or whatever. and will i get my zp back? i have screenshots of all.

The answer the ticket when they read it and find it a valid question/appeal.

could take almost a week for them to reply.

oh okay i mean i hope ill get my zp back its 18800 zp lost for nothing
