Black Market error.
I've been playing on the new patch for about 10 mins, found many errors.
- Bought 40 RPK - Gold crates, Spun the first one, As soon as i let go of the reeler, it said "There is no Black Market item" It exited the crate spinning place and i lost the crate, with no items whatsoever.

Actually we paid for a product that we didn't get the possiblity to use. They are forced to refound us.
Example:
-Go in a shop buy a computer
-take it home
-install it
-Notice it doesn't work
-go back to the shop and they will give you another one because it's the law.
Quite proud of the example that i found
it perfectly resumes the situation.

Exactly what I meant by the example same in every developped country (meaning Europe, North America and Est Asia) -

All laws also state that the person must have valid proof, so unless you have a video of you losing all of your crates, you are not entitled to compensation.
Thought about that but didn't mention it for obvious reasons (I want my crates back). They could quote my example and say: "True... If you have the ticket" -
You should expect unexpected bugs from a patch that was rushed because of impatient children who later on went to flame Z8 for not giving them what they wanted.

Lol on the thread in technical support 2-3 people told me I was a noob and didn't lost any crates. But I know I did since I was shoked. Thought it was an error and will just have to respin it as when I have massive lag. But no they dissapeared every time.

That happened to me too.
But actually, you get your ZP back.
Atleast happened to me.
Bought one crate, spun it up, released, "There is no black market item"
Then, it exited the spinning, but i still had 2,3k zp. -

I didn't >< but I am pretty sure there is an accoutn historic where they will see my wins (not 3x30 only 3x26). Yeah see what you mean I got the error after missing rpk gold by one another time after wining 200.000gp and otehrs after cupon wins. Even if those 4 crates weren't THE rpk-gold I so wanted they could've been 1.000.000gp or even a few cupons see what I mean?CookieMunzta wrote: »I took an SS of it. I got the error after I saw it too :O
