I Bought A Name Change Didnt Get That,And Zp Is Gone..
Hello,i bought a name change yesterday for 4,700 zp when i bought it,it said somthing like check if your zp hs been taken back or w/e i didnt think of To SS it because i thought it was a glitch but my zp was taken away,the exact amount but my BP is still there so i highly doubt it was really taken away or somthing. i checked my items its not there,i sent a ticket no reply.....thats honestly a fraud 
am i going to get my zp/item back or what?do you guys just steal off people or somthing?

Lol... wtf are you thinking.. There are serveral bugs that has to be fixed before this little issue.. Look around

Lol,bro i'm talking about this i understand theres other stuff going on,but i mean really.if its my money being taken without any return thats totally diffrent from somebody not paying for a game,and still being able to play with the glitches bugs that there is
its patch week dude they're still taking care of it
Without our money they wont be able to run the game,therefor if they keep steeling peoples money and not giving them items,then you're ****ed on your game when people stop buying stuff.
Also they can get into legal issues. -

Yes i've actually checked both,Zp hasnt been given back nor have i got my item.alot of people are having this issue it seems.

haha,no worrys anymore they gave me back the zp multiple days later,and i just now bought a new name change,worked ty,although it ur fault.and this should have been taken care of sooner,
