Problem with joining!

Ok first of all IM really angry atm because Z8games wont help me and i bought ZP over a year with a worth of 200€ and now after update I cant play ****ing game!Now to the problem.

It updated normal i start slect server and room then I click start game.It loads 5 minutes then it says: "Unable to Connect HostServer"
I reinstalled 2x everytime same thing happens.
But now it comes strange on my other CompUser i can play CF but without sound!
____
So anyone now what I can do.Cause Ive spended so much money in and I dont want to stop playing =(((.
