i have the same prob. i just bought it right now and it says "Failed blah blah blah..."
my zp was +30k zp and now its +27k zp

I also had the same problem in time to change the name, was this morning and so far not been fixed, I hope the Z8Games me to exchange the item name or give me back the ZP!

i and many other ppl made a thread before.
send a web form to z8 and btw i lost 4x 4700 ZP because it got token 2 times per purchase

hope they'll fix it soon

I have the same problem now.

I buyed 7 days munation jacket and (theres a bug) and it made into 90 days and it took like 9000-9500zp too. I sending a web form to z8 hoping they will refund my zp points.

I would the the happiest man today if I get my money back.
