I've had this error a couple times through the week. I was able to get in the game once i restarted but since this patch i've been unable to get in the game. i even tried uninstalling/reinstalling but to no avail as i'm still getting this stupid socket error. Maybe Z8 should look into switching hack prevention tools once again and drop X-Trap(aka-craptrap) and use something like PunkBuster. least that one doesn't interfere/crash games like xtrap does.

i finally got past that error and i know how to fix it. u have to flush the computers dns. here's the steps on how to flush it properly without screwing up the computer. http://www.techiecorner.com/35/how-to-flush-dns-cache-in-linux-windows-mac/
