Is the SPOP really faster than the default skins? Does anyone have data to back this up or does anyone know if the different skins have different natural AR and SPEED?

No. All character models have the same stats.

Damn. . . A MOD beat us to it. But DEADEYE is right. It's all in people's heads. They are the same speed.

If you have a SPOP, I would say 50% chance have a Kriss, M12s, or Scar L. Which are light weight guns, making you run faster.
