Purchase Fail

First time using the item mall to buy something, and i tryed to buy the name change. After i pressed "Buy now" it said the purchase failed and contact customer support if z8points were deducted. It was. Not sure what to do.

I hope the Z8games fix it and return the ZPS or giving the proper items to buyers. Thanks
