My Download

HEY! There was a new patch on Aug. 11, 2010, i cant seem to do anything
i tried redownloading... it doesnt work...
i tried reinstalling.. it didnt work , it just showed up something that says
"Failed to complete download" or something like that..
can u help me ?
i have tried to download & reinstall MANY times and it keeps saying after the last 1sec - 1min that the download has failed or the installation thingy has failed...
