Please help me in this error, its urgent, i cant play

Hi, i used to play from 2 days ago perectly, then today i started the game and found a patch (normal), so i let it download and then completed. So, when i start the game again it gives me an error of a moved file number 16 at 77% ;here is a screenshot of the error:

>I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit Operating System
>I use AVG 9
>No game boosters
>No hacking tools
