Failed to download patch

Alright, so I'm so happy the new patch is up and distributing but the thing is that when I finished the patch and started the game, everything was doing well until I was disconnected after i received a message about the server being full and I was to redirect to the lobby. This was the same problem prior to the patch and I guess it wasn't fixed but I suspected that maybe I should redownload the game since it was advised. And so i reinstalled it and tried to patch, but every time I almost finish a single patch the patching program stops and and gives me a message saying "Failed to download patch" and it is forcefully closed. After which I restart the patching program and it seems that the previous patch that failed to download was discarded and the program moved on to download the second patch but also failed to download as well. Can someone help me?
