The proper definition of a troll is someone who deliberately posts things to get people to flame.
A wannabe mod goes around and constantly tells people the rules and tries to act in charge.
An intelligent person that states their opinion can do so without raising tempers or breaking rules. -

~Spammer is someone who posts constantly. Most of the time being completely pointless, meaningless and/or off topic.
