english-german ingame keylayout doesnt work !?!!.

Hi hope i will found help ^^
I cant change ingame with [alt + left shift] to english layout with my german keyboardlayout.
Means i cant use tap,shift,jump...
All the last year it worked and today uuu "See" what im talking about.?
