FYI, that particular message could be displayed for a multitude of things.

For example, you might get that error if you unplug your internet and then plug it back in again.

You might also get that error on days when the servers are jammed (ie patch time, which is why its so common right around patch time).

You might also get that error if you've used a hack or are using a hack.

You might also get that error if you are using a wireless router. (this specific cause is being looked in to by the developers)

So while yes, it may show some instabilities. That specific error may not always be due to something within our (or the devs) control.
