I've just spent 5 hours this morning on the farm,I partially coach the Munster Tennis u16 A team (my province i.e. state),I used to play tennis representing Ireland untill I had to 'retire' because of my back injuries. I get enough fresh air =P
And I got most of my day planned out and theres a spare hour or two in the day always set for a game! -
