Help, need to report someone

I forgot where to report someone, But the PM the CFREPORTS doesn't work anymore. Is there anyway i can report someone? I have screenshots showing that he hacks.

EDIT: Wow i feel like a dummy now, I found out how. Done

Upload through megaupload and send in through support ticket I think.

Yes, they also have this option to add an attachment.
