xtrap server unstable??

i downloaded the game version 1049 earlier today (though this is not the first time i played the game, i just hadnt played for some months). i started the game and the patcher worked, then, when initializing xtrap, the following error appeared:

i tried it again 3 times and have done all that jazz such as restarting, redownloading and reinstalling etc etc...

sry for poor image quality i reduced the image size by 50%

fixes would be aprreciated
