Just go play in Alpha 7 you won't have to worry about m12s. -

Power Decrease, SFC Rank Requirement, and a weight increase. That would make it way better.
No m12s should have 20-25 shots per clip and recoil increase + a slightly slower ROF. I think it'd be pretty balanced then.
