no weapons in storage

i finally finished the dog tags and pressed exchange and nothing happend i tried to login again but still nothing in storage no message so where are all the weapons i should have gotten. please dont tell me its some kind of bug and i have to collect all the tags again T_T oh and it said something about a card.
