No email received?

I forgot password from my main account, which had a temp ban because of a failure payment. This should be solved, since this problem also occured on my girlfriends account (this account.) I did do Lost ID/PSW/**, entered the right email and waited. After a few days: nothing, tried again. 2 weeks later: nothing. now I tried again, nothing!

I did send a ticket already, but I still would like some info on how long it can take for them to send the email.
