What is the largest amount of exp+ u can get WITHOUT the 2 best berets (field, officer)

I think it was 120%+ but someone told it was 130%+

every decision u make is controlled by God, if u do something good, just a little good thing u will be rewarded, if u do bad things u get punished.

For example if u help ur mom in the kitchen, u get rewarded, let's say u win something in black market ^^ maybe not, maybe u have to do more things, me, my computer didn't work well, I prayed, I helped my mom, I was thinking almost crying, God rewarded me, my computer worked fine, but it was also me who repaired it but still God controlls us, God is 50% nice and 50% bad to us.

edit: About 2-3 months ago I didn't believe in God, but now every little good thing that happens to me... I just think that God exists, now I started to pray.

I'm not very religious, I didn't go to church for about... 2 years and about 2 months now, Life is life, u have to live and u don't have to praise God every minute, hour day, live ur life but be careful.
