Delete any kind of chams even if u dont use them run a virus scan then re install CF and make.

the 1st account has id is :vantung1991 ( my name and birth year ), the 2nd 1 has id is cfcryme ( crossfire + cryme- this is the first word of cryme tyme! - my clan whose im leader. the final has id is cfcryme1991 but there is problem i saw : i changed the secret question ( mean not same 1st and 2nd ) and when i confirm email, it's not what i choice.

The fact that you share information on public boards (ie your account ID) is an indication that you aren't as secure with your account information as you should be.

It sounds like you have a keylogger on your computer.

You'll have to do some deep cleaning to remove that kind of stuff.

Until you do however, I wouldn't log in to anything online as all your keystrokes could be subject to viewing by someone else.

Remember that accounts don't get hacked. Information becomes compromised due to the fault of the player. You will have to contact http://support.z8games.com in order to retrieve your account information.
