...start to experience fps and ping dips (gets ping higher and fps lower). me and my friends are experiencing it and i wondered if it meant the patch is soon lol.

main question : is this happening to anyone else?

Nope, im getting a lower ping and i got a new Ati Radeon hd 5450 and i get 150 fps in 8v8
