does anyone know any ping fixes for windows 7?

im running widows 7 32 bit, im running game boooster with it.

on xp i got 50 latency(ping) in the uk server. now im gettin 90-110......

and before you ask, no i cannont find my windows xp disk which is why i installed windows 7.

does anyone know any fixes concerning this for windows 7?

U are a dumbass lol I am to lazy well let's think oh there is a tutorial how to have less lagg on A.V.A it works on CF very good
