I was screwing around in the black market and I clicked on the gold M4 not thinking and hit Exchange. So It used 10 of my coupons for a mp5 adv... How do I send in a support ticket for this issue?

Coupon purchases are refunded if claimed within 48 hours if I recall.
Not sure if it applies to temporary guns but its worth a shot.

Ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure you are clicking on the right thing within the game.

We can make coupon exchanges and refunds if its the first time this happened and its within 48 hours of the mistaken exchange.

The idea being that you will learn your lesson. At the end of the day all sales are final and any leeway we give is to be more accommodating to you.

But for all these kinds of things, its best to send a support ticket right away with your story/explanation/problem/request. The answer you get from them will be the final decision/action taken in accordance to official policy.
