Question about dog tags

This is why i dont waste my time doing missions as my time is precious
If i happen to be playing the map/mode that pretains to the mission it will be done.

The problem is with the dog itself , XD . That dog digs holes and put the letters in there and when it has to find the letter you need it come like saidin who has toooooooo many reports to deal with and do what he can . So, same thing for the poor dog with the letters , It will take the closest hole and take out the letter it found in there , and with luck one day you will have the right one

The dogtags are handed out randomly.

The more missions you complete the better chance you have of getting all the dogtags. But at the end of the day it's still a random chance.

Duplicates can't be traded in or anything.

And even if you DID, I bet what's in those grates aint worth jack (you may get luckey by getting 1 coupon, or something...). Just sprays, nameplates, defuse kits (ugh), etc.
