I'm not sure where Z8 plans on going with such lack of service towards hackers but i'm sure it leads nowhere good.

Below is a bust video I made, normally I do not make bust videos on hackers but this one was an exception. He/she harassed me, my friends, and all people bringing up anything that came into relation with hacking. It was also made to save some time to the reviewer.

With so much evidence I still have no clue on why this kid is still playing the damn game! Sure it must be a pain in the ass to review hundreds of reports but when a bust video is made and still 1 WHOLE DAMN MONTH passes with this player untouched. It irritates me beyond comprehension.

I'm mad because I reported a hacker 1 month ago and he/she still hasnt been banned.

Pfft, welcome to my world, I've sent tons of report and still, I see those pesky hackers each days...
I'd pay just to get the rights to ban hackers, they're ruining the overall experience of many players and most of the time the meaning of scrims. Who never saw a cheating team in a scrim? -
The problem is not the GM's or Moderators fault, to be honest. I'm not arguing against the fact that this player should have been banned. However, you try and go through the hundreds upon thousands of replays that are sent in on a daily/weekly basis. I'm sure on that same day you sent in a report, 100 + other reports were sent in. With the limited amount of staff they have, it's near impossible to actually get through all of them. I understand your frustration, I really do. But the only way, with this system, is to hire more help and I don't see them doing that. It's one of those things on the "back burner", along with many other things. Sorry man

It's because Z8's support team probably doesn't even play the game so they have no idea what too look for + the terrible replay system doesn't help whatsoever. The 1 shots can be mistaken for a 4 shot burst because of the bad replays. Also him 360'ing is pretty obvious but the support team not being in-depth with the game can be passed as a player just messing around and flicking his mouse.
Edit: I've also given up on reporting since they won't get banned anyways.

(There were so many replays because I followed the player and did tests to further clarify if he/she were to be truly hacking.)

FYI we have an overhaul to the whole system and how we're going to deal with hack reports coming.
One of the main reasons why we can't deal with the number of hack reports is based on format.
While yours was no doubt clear and logical, 99.9% of the others are not. And so those ones that aren't create more work and more time for us. Thus has put the whole system behind.
With an overhaul in to how people report hackers, we'll be able to keep reports consistent and dedicate more time to the banning of the hackers.
Don't worry, this change is coming soon and it will show immediate results. We're sorry it seems this guy hasn't been banned, I will look into it. But the whole team is just behind at the moment and a new system is what is needed.
Just have a little more patience!
