for the best way let me give u some info: 1. No locked channels? Were not gonna have random people disturb you while you are pugging or something, That's why they are locked.
2. No admins? Life actually has a life and is not on all the time. Someone has to make sure the vent is right. No spamming or fighting each other in vent.
3. Guest can start pugs? Haha good luck with that when they are gonna be arguing about who they want. Btw we dont care about you "Haters", if you got a problem with the pug vent then don't even come onto it. How hard is it to delete the server information? Not hard just a few clicks. Some people like how its run and some dont. Seems you don't like it so you should just stop QQing and leave the vent and not come back, like i said it isn't hard to leave it.

Sorry if rules are rule. People cry about something if they dont get their way. If you feel I am a bad staff please dont come on the vent, because the people who think they can do a better job are thinking highly of themself. People who talk trash end up asking phrozen who think they can do a better job are the people who have been staff before, and wouldnt even be considered an interview. Wonder how I abuse staff? Maybe for telling people not to join pugs who werent picked end up crying about it. Maybe if giving warnings over and over is bad. Maybe joking around with certain friends is bad. Maybe enforcing rules and people complaining things dont go their way is bad. Its the community you can tell because Im sitting here reading these threads by the first people on the vent. Anyone mature will listen to the rules and not come on the forums if they think they dont have to listen and then are the 1st to cry. If you have a problem just come on Ventrilo to talk to anyone. I Can bet anything you wont because people talk smack on the forums and cant even come ventrilo to have a lil chat. Im in a rush pce
