So, basically you keep saying that you have the right to use the equipment you want and stuff and shiz. It's your freedom. I aknowledge with that. Same as you but use only the basic Character and GP guns. I don`t use any thing that gives me some kind of advantage. I play for fun and the only pain I feel is the kick in the ass for being good enough to have ace in my playing style.who here actually still just plays for fun. and when i say that i mean, play how you want, where you want, and with what you want.
more and more i see people giving up the casual playing of this game for the "seriousss buisnesss" of competition.
more and more i see people giving up there current playstyle to join the conformitiy of the general public, not remain themselfs. (if your a vet you should get this)
latley i seem to get flamed ingame for my casual playing style lol. its rather funny.
there like: "WTH, WOGL OR YOU CANT PLAY THIS GAME YO!", or "USE PRO STUFF, YOU CANT PLAY THE GAME!". or something to that effect.
my usual response is: "I play this game in a way that gives me the most fun out of it. and that way has NO competition in it." OR "I play in a way that gives me the most enjoyment out of my game."
I use SPOP, ill use armor sometimes, and yes ill use a Kriss, tommy, or whatever. becuase i like to play how i want to. Becuase i dont want to conform my playing style that gives me entertainment to your view, i cant play this game? seems to me people here need to grow up.
i got news for you, unless you own this game you have no rights AT ALL to say who can use what or where they can use it.

I only read the first page. So heres my response:
I play casual in pubs, breaking guns and such, sometimes even just pistol or knife when I'm bored. I let people use my guns if they ask (except people who have over 130 ping because IMO they don't even deserve to play this game.)
Stopped using spop when I learned there is no physical advantage because I am a guy. (Swat)
I don't use OP guns except kriss because I'm currently breaking it.
I play competitive when needed and screw around when it doesn't really matter.
No we (my team: Crash) don't ask for WOGL rules in clan server scrims and no I won't follow WOGL rules unless it's a WOGL match. I like my M4-C and Deag-G
Edit: also don't wear armor because it's expensive and barely helps. -
I myself, play for fun.
I play with the Public all the time. it's fun cause I get to own noobs. >;)
Though playing serious with others in scrims competitively is much more fun imo. Though I just can't find a scrim clan that is you know... skilled.. and one that doesn't fool around in scrims.. that has few people.. AND that all have headsets..and that I can call my 'home clan'.
And a clan that doesn't end up breaking up in a couple of weeks.
Though yeah, I'm only playing CF because I don't have a PS3 or xbox. only thing i can really play thats online.. and that entertains me.
Once I sell my PSP I'll get enough money for a PS3 and most likely I'll quit playing this game. But really I wouldn't want to go and play in China.. C'mon really.. were talking about CF x.x
i know many of you don't care but yeah thats just me. -

Not all of them. But the fact is that more so the WOGL players than regular players view any weapons that aren't competitive in this game to be useless. That anyone using a weapon deemed to be "non-competitive or low-skill" by the competitive scene shouldn't be used or you are considered a "noob".
All they are saying is let the players here for fun, have fun. Using a Scar Light or M12 in a pub is by no means a sign of someone being a noob. They are simply using a gun equally available to anyone of that rank and with enough GP.
I will use specified weapons in a League sanction match. Outside of that, I will use whatever weapons I want. Doesn't mean I'm a low-skill player by any means. Fun is still possible in this game

Sil is a pubstar and has no interest in competitive side of the game, people like this i have no problem with playing however they want.
People shouldnt expect you to wogl rules in pubs.

as to say, she does not use those guns to make up for lake of skill, but uses them because they are fun, cool looking and provide advantages to the skilled and unskilled alike.

i dont really have any interest with compitition. i have been like this with every game i played.
and yes i use many guns, not becuase of there stats, or if there noob guns or not, but becuase its just fun for me. -
i only play for fun .... i was here when this used to be rife with hackers....
no where near as many these days... but ive allways thought it was fun....
only care about hackers on ghost mode.... dont really matter much on others coz i got 220-340 fps...helps alot
but latly some hackers make it so obviouse ( as ive now kinda masterd bhopping)
its funny watching kids follow me round the map as i bop....
sit still for 2 secs and BAM headshot lol....
but i still play it for fun.... just not on BL so much no more....

i dont really care about wot people call noob weapons... except whehn luit + ranks use them and think there good... makes me giggle a lil inside... like peoplel who complaine about camping and tanking ( lagg)
camping = tactical postioning taking advantage of a situation.. and lagg no one can help all online games have it...... DEAL WITH IT

crossfire i think will allways be fun for me.. allways look forward to updates...

Actually i hate all those "serious" guys that can stand someone make a mistake and after that they try to kick the pother guy (always press f12 lol).
Im here just for fun, is a game, FOR fun, people will always say
"Get skills, get a real weapon, noob armor, noob spop", remeber i were called XM8 noob, k2 noob, p90 noob, ak noob....etc
Just do what i do, dont answer them, dont pay attention to the chat and kill as many as u can.
probably thats why now i always play mutation lol. -
Our clan has always just played for fun..we don't care win or lose its all about the fun...we scrim..pub whatever we feel like doing ..and we use which ever guns we please
In scrims if a clan says wogl rules..we just tell them...this aint wogl and they either stay or leave...we don't really care
We are all older adults..and friends...this is after all a free game...the people have pink bak paks...nothing serious about that...css is more for serious play..

The comment, "Why so serious?!" comes into mind. Most clan want to best as for me i want to have fun at the same time a little competition. I play mostly for fun, no one can force me to try cant they? But it seem that there are not many people with the same taste. I never join a clan because of WOGL this, Pro that and skill weapons only thing.
I won't accept a clan that plays so serious nor give a define rule of what i can't do. But, why join one in the 1st place? hehe, Add me if you want to have fun and still a little competition will ya? (IGN: Same as forum name) -
Pubs, do what the hell you want. I personally don't, because I don't get a whole heap of satisfaction from mowing down lines of enemies with an OP weapon.

Only time you SHOULD respect WOGL rules, or any "non-official" match rules, is when you accept those rules as part of a clan match.
In pubs, you can do whatever the hell you want.
People call me a noob camper for sniping down Egypt (Free kills FTW). If I'm a noob, then you shouldn't get owned. Fling a nade or two and I'll hit the dust. -
I started playing CF just after the open beta finished (back then this game made so much more fun).
Nowadays I still like to run around with an M16 and an M9 just for a good laugh and to see people flame at me for pistol whipping them wih my M9. At other times this just gets me kicked because I dont use "pro" weapons when im playing casual.
On the other hand one thing does annoy me, people using OP weapons ex. M12s, Thompson. (Kriss is ok, as is SL) -
imo anything short of glitching or hacking is okay in pubs or scrims . the weapons , armor and characters are all available to anyone who wants them (yes i know some items cost real money ... spend it if you want it)
do i hate going up against a bunch of m12s and tommies ? hell yea , but thats the way it goes sometimes . its a frkn game people .
we actually had a guy in our clan who would spend half of a scrim ridiculing opponents because they used scar lites . the other half of the scrim he'd be using his . yes , he's no longer with us .
