I think you can use it on PlaySpan marketplace before you activate it on the actual webpage... ON playspan you get to use every single cent in the card.

Thats why I don't spend my cards on the mall here, cause theres always a few dollars that go to waste...

NO! Don't do that. Go to deposite then paybycash and enter all your information and then it will say that you have a paybycash balance would you like to use it? Click yes.
