Soo yeah my friend he has like forgotten hes password and he has no idea to take it back the security question dont work for us and it says hes email isn't registerd when it is :/
Hes IGN name is FrozenOcean uhmm do anyone of you have a suggestion what to do?

Btw how do i send support tickets?

    your friend will have to send proof of ownership, support team ask for 2 valid pieces of information to prove ownership but the more information given the better

    required info:

    email address - tell support the email might not be right since it said it wasn't registered
    ip address - may change if modem/router crashes and has to be reset
    transaction ID's from zp purchases (2)
    security answer - if known

    and any other information you think would help them to prove your the owner of the account - obviously i mean your friend

    Hmm i know the previus password email adress last security question ip adress is that enough? :P
