There is this guy, called SERVER.

Mr.SERVER is a very weird guy,
he enjoy listening to 2 ppl talking c.r.a.p about eachother.

Mr.SERVER also has a stubborn personality,
that he only believe in the voice which he hear first.

when SERVER is making a international phone call,
his voice is heard on the other side after around 0.5-2sec. vice versa.

when SERVER is making a local phone call,
his voice is heard right away. vice versa.

1 Day, 2 friend called Mr.SERVER at same time
1st guy named LowPing, he is making a local call to Mr.SERVER.
2nd guy named HighPing, he is making a international call to Mr.SERVER.

this is what they told Mr.Server:

LowPing: "LowPing HEADSHOTTED HighPing IN CF first."
HighPing: "HighPing HEADSHOTTED LowPing IN CF first."

What did Mr.Server say in the end? Y?

sorry bro, but most forumer wont take this quiz seriously.

this is a question that any one surpass primary school could answer.

The low pinger aims Higher pinger is an untouchable monster.
High pinger holds left and gets heads without taking damage.

Probably, the Low Ping person would HS first, however, due to the delay of the connection of international phone call, it would not register.

server tell high ping headshot, high ping hang up and do not get the message, server then give the message to low ping, low ping got the message immediately, low ping die.

Low Pings phone call goes through 1st and on the phone low ping says headshot to "the server." than the server puts low ping on hold and picks up high pings call and the high ping goes AFF FDP PORRA KIKA HEKER FDP...Server goes wuh?...Alguem Br?...Server goes wuh?...quem quer zp?...Server begins to ignore high ping than takes low ping off of hold than he hears nothing but a dialtone...and goes
