Why are there so many laggers in Crossfire now?

Whenever i play crossfire there are laggers galore. they are everywhere. i bet you that when you go play a game in any mode in any server, you will find 3-5 people on your team and the other team 100-200+ ping people. this really ticks me off ALOT
