3 Suggestions
All of these suggestions complement each other, so read both before posting your opinion.
Suggestion 1: Remove the Vote Kick option for everybody except the host. I know this might seem like a very bad choice to make since you will not be able to kick hackers, but in Cross Fire experience, all its useful for is:
1. Kicking the ACE for noobs who want the ACE.
2. Kicking legitimate players that get great scores because people think they hack.
3. Kicking a hacker, but gets denied many times.
Suggestion 2: Allow the host to kick anybody. I think this is actually a good thing to allow the host to have more power over the room. They can kick hackers if they spot any, and kick laggers, glitchers, etc. even if they are on a different team. However, this could lead to noob hosts kicking good people. That is why we should limit the votes to 5 for the host.
Suggestion 3: Ah, this reminds me of Combat Arms. We should have a REPORT feature ingame. When you press esc and the options come up, instead of vote kick, there should be a box labeled report. When you press report, a list of all the players ingame will show up, and you will be able to choose which one to report. When the game ends, Cross Fire will automatically save the replay, title it with the chosen person's name, and send a support ticket with the replay.

Most of the hosts are noobs. If they see someone owning them, they'll just kick the ace and legit players. This goes for idea #1 and 2.
Idea #3...you think it actually works in CA? That game is flooded with hacking nerds.
I looked into the CF folder though...and it has it. So it's only a matter of time we have it in the game. -

I suggest if u want to provide 2nd suggestion then need to make rulles
1rst and the importandt rull Host can kik hacker But if he just use he`s power just to kik some guy coz he dont like him he recieving the warning
recieve 3 warnings = bann(dont know what exactly month week but not perm)
