Need help to report hacker

Hi every1.
Yes, i know that [GM]Saidin posted like 3 times about this but i followed his steps and fail.
[CF]Reports isnt working just like Saidin said, and he also recommended that in this situation we should go to http://SUPPORT.Z8GAMES.COM
So i go there and try to find where i could report hackers, but i didnt find anything.

I sent a pm to [GM]Saidin a week ago but he couldnt answer yet cuz hes bussy, so im asking for help in the community forum.

but mi noobness doesnt let me understand it well.

Please help me so i get this Br banned.

Thanks for the answer, but i dont think that sending pms to Saidin of FallenAngel is an option since they dont answer them cuz they are bussy probably with millions of messages.
I also tried the support but the answers arent clear, so id be gratefull if sum1 in the community could explain how to report hackers clearly.

Btw im amazed about how fast u check the threads, i had posted it 1 minute ago and your answer was already there O.o (good job).

thx Dawn, but as i said, messages didnt work, and in support.z8games.com i couldnt find a "Report hacker here" button or something related to hackers reporting.

reporting hackers is undergoing much needed improvements.
I linked you to a web form to send a support ticket where you can report players through the support system.

They wont reply to you about this however and the same goes with pm'ing Saidin and Fallenangel

I think i got it, already sent the ticket, thanks Giggletron and Dawn_Angel!
Just hope the video is still on megaupload when the support guys can check mi ticket..

New question for community: How many days you have untill an uploaded file (to megaupload) that has no downloaders expire?
