Kick voting omfg

Ok, I know there's hundreds of threads on this but it NEEDS TO CHANGE. I bet there's 10 times as many people who get kicked than there are hackers and glitchers, kick vote is just so abused.. so my suggestion is.... when you reach a certain rank, maybe 2nd lieutenant you have the option to create rooms with no vote kick feature. I've only ever seen one person above this rank who hacked, even then they claimed the account was stolen. Also because there are so few hackers in the game it wouldn't get abused like some might think and if it did then the "no vote kick" rooms are only for people above Master Sargent. If you wont even agree to this then make it so that when we get kicked by those *cough* Brazilians we still keep our kills, deaths, exp, gp and make it count as a win/loss according to the score when you get kicked. hackers will eventually get banned anyway so they wont benefit from the 2nd idea.
