What all is in the patch is suppose to be a surprise, not when the patch is they usually make an announcement about it to tell players the servers will be offline and stuff a day before and today is Wednesday and updates usually happen on Thursday, but yet there isn;t an announcement so I don't know maybe the patch is next week since that is when August is.

they are having tech difficulties. did you notice that some people DC'ed from Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie servers yesterday afternoon? it decreased for like 5 minutes then went back up.

Patches can't be a suprise they'll pizz off players because of waiting of bugs to be fixed
