Spam Ftl?

Well i don't have one of the best computers around but it's do'able
But there is nothing worst when your in a public room it's you against a guy and sudly some noob or brazlian starts spamming like -

'F12 FOR FREE NAKED SPOP'
'WALLLER'
'F11 NOOB HACK.ER'
And then i get Low FPS and find it hard to play >.>

There should be a button in the options bar where it could block all chat going on because brazlians love to talk (Non offensive)

in a average game 8vs8 i get like 35 to 50 fps when they spam it drops to like 20/25 whats like totaly sh*t

When they spam my FPS drops to around 140 from 170 if the room is full. It's chaos when they spam can't read what my clan/friend messaging me ingame. x3
