Wall? Stuck?

I don't know if this happens for anyone esle but sometimes i get stuck on walls. E.g. i was doing clan match on Lab Ghost mode. We were the ghosts and i jumped down that hole with the two pipes and got stuck. I just kept rising until i get to the top and then it says something about client Error. Can someone help ....
