Crossfire has nothing to do with framerate it is your computer, which is bad.

You're processor is bad.

To many background applications running.

youll need to get a new computer

try gamebooster, it might boost ur fps by 3-7

Yes, but I'd rather get a new computer.

The ping is how far you are from the server, so you could move closer to the server you like... or use one that you get a better ping on. Like that muffin girl said, your comp sucks. :P Get a new one or a video card that your comp can handle, which might be hard to find.
