Anyway,is there any other program besides vegas 9.0 i can use for editing instead of sony vegas pro 9.0 and 8.0?

You could try Adobe Premiere. But I still would recommend Vegas. There's another program called Final Cut Pro, too.

Ok thanks,my laptop has some really weird problem with running Vegas so I don't know. I've literally done every single guide on youtube and on torrent and crap and it always has an error -.-

I tried and failed at getting vegas I had the same problems as you.

Try Wax, I heard it was ok and it's free to download.
