Questions about ZP Items

Question 1: If you ever buy the ZP item called Steam Punk Goggles, it says 30 days = 120K GP. Does that mean you get 120K GP if you buy it for 30 days? or do you wait 30 days?

Question 2: On the beret things in the zp shop, what does SP mean? And if you by it for certain amount of days do you get the "sp" it says in the description immediately or do you have to wait that number of days?
