I did everything perfect and its always worked intill now.

Are you sure your parents didn't cancelled the card?

Because that's the common problem.

You've ran out of money? I don't know. You've said that your parents gave you their card, so technically, it's their card after all.

Ok well anyways i did the credit card payment and it said transaction success then i checked my email

It have me a portal/game balance im supposed to use.
From buddieshops how to activiate that?

If it said, Transaction has been completed, or successful, then you're pretty much done. I've bought a lot of ZP, and never got an e-mail requiring to open stuff from Buddieshops.
