Anything else that may require a Cross Fire GM
Since you want to report a hacker(s), you should send in a Support Ticket. -
While I dearly love that you want to send me reports, and the ones I do get I check (or have checked). And the ones that get in the system, while piled up, ARE getting checked and banned and dealt with.
I have to send you to support for hack reports specifically.
Also, don't fear very soon we're going to make some big changes to the way we handle tickets and more specifically hackers. And the new system is going to be much more efficient than coming to me!
Also Mondays are horrible for me because everyone tends to fill up my inbox over the weekend. I'm getting to as many people as possible though! -

Going to follow this up with one thing.
I am not talking about in-game reports. There is functionality within the Cross Fire code to do in-game reporting. But at current the system doesn't actually send us anything more than the in-game name.
The new system I am talking about is a standardized method for reporting hacking. Which we can use for EVERYTHING. And back end changes with our customer support team will mean we can dedicate more people and more time to handling the checking and banning of hackers.
