How to make SL a fair gun?

I compared the SL AND SH and SL is only slightly less powerfu than SH, no wonder SL is OP. So my idea would be to lower the SL power to the AUG power. Everything else stay the same, this gun would still kick ass dues to it high ROF but in more like a fair gun, not an OP gun.

The Problem is not the Power
the Problem is the Accuracy/Recoil the Accuracy is to High and the Recoil to low

if SL had the SH recoil it would be complet different

That is why they call it scar light, i do not think the recoil has to do anything here, nor accuracy, just lower the power it would make a huge different. Trust me

scarl is suppose to be accurate. make the recoil up then it will be lame.
the idea of the power decrease is funner but not too low. maybe 5 more damage then aug

accuracy have something to do with Recoil if the Recoil is to Low the bullets leave the Guns very accurate thats what i mean

the recoil is to low on that gun i make 5 shoots and hit like i would shoot 1 bullet

ScarL recoils is to low. Increase the recoil on ScarL then it's fine.

but no my main is most deffinatly not scar light lol scar light is like the only gp gun i have
my main is m4 custom / De scope/Shovel other three bags are beretta AR70/Dual colts/Axe Gold Ak/Gold De/Axe and Micro galil scope/De cammo/Knife

Nerf the power a good bit and the spray pattern a small bit and its a fair gun. The ROF should go down a bit aswell.

just stop crying. discontinue armor. nerf the m12s (sl has been nerfed twice).
