Resolution not Supported

Hello

A friend of me have got a new comp+monitor with full hd resolution.

so he wanted to change the crossfire resolution to 1440x800 wide . but if he choose it he get

selected screen resolution is not supported by your monitor
*cant change status

he have installled the driver for his monitor. Lg 2343T
